REFUGEE PROGRAM:

Canada offers refugee protection to some people in Canada who fear persecution or who would be in danger if they had to leave. If found eligible, your refugee protection claim is decided by the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB). A member of the RPD will assess whether the refugee claimant’s fear is well founded.
